• Facilitating/coordinating four (4) Special Events annually; and adding two (2) new partners each year
  • Offering MESLD intensive facilitator training to at least 15 people and to certify those who complete the training satisfactorily
  • Offering the MESLD Program -- an eight-session program – to persons and communities twice every twelve months
  • Enrolling fifty (50) couples in the MESLD Program in the first year (and in years 2-5, increasing participation by 25% each year)
  • Facilitating two Growth Opportunity (GO) sessions each month, each session 3 hours in duration, with refreshments provided for participants
  • Facilitating a booster session/focus group session for feedback after each eight-session program cycle
  • Giving all participants a MESLD DVD following completion of the program and reaching at least 200 additional couples through strategic distribution of the MESLD DVD
  • Having special guest speakers discuss sensitive topics dealing with domestic violence, financial management, effective parenting, the blended family, and more
  • In year one, reaching 300 couples through Special Events (and in years 2-5, having that number increase by 35% each year)
  • Recording and tracking all MESLD data via event and session surveys and securing all information in MESLD's database
